Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide consulting services for our financial services client account, overseeing regional retail bank ground-up and fit-out construction projects.

This role is part of the Project Management function, remote with travel up to 25–30% in Eastern or Central time zones. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, risk, and client communications across multiple projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience; in lieu of degree, combined experience will be considered.
• Financial services client experience required; retail construction program experience highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software.
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions that have a broad impact on the business.
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project including scope, resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process; conduct complex RFPs and bid evaluations, and recommend resources.
• Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline.
• Ensure all project functions remain on schedule, and issues get resolved or escalated.
• Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
• Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.
• Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new methods for accomplishing objectives.
