Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of retail banking branch ground-up and fit-out construction projects. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple fast-paced projects while ensuring quality and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing retail and/or banking ground-up and/or fit-out construction projects.
• Experience overseeing multi-site retail construction projects and fast-track delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and construction administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and project management software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of branch ground-up and fit-out construction projects.
• Coordinate stakeholders including banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and delivery commitments are met.
• Ensure governance, standards, processes, and reporting frameworks are applied across projects.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, risk registers, and leadership updates.
• Oversee renovations to ensure compliance with client design standards, brand, security, and operations.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost controls within approved parameters.
• Coordinate planning and execution to minimize disruption to branch operations and customers.
