Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of retail banking branch ground-up and fit-out construction projects. The role requires 25%-30% regional travel to project sites, coordinating banking clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in multi-site retail construction, strong governance, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, AEC, PM or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing retail and/or banking ground-up or fit-out construction projects.
• Experience overseeing multi-site retail construction projects and fast-track delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and construction administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and project management software platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple branch renovation and retail banking improvement projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders including banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and delivery commitments.
• Ensure governance, standards, processes, and reporting frameworks are consistently applied across projects.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, risk registers, and leadership updates.
• Oversee renovations to ensure compliance with design standards, brand, security, and operations.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost controls within approvals.
• Coordinate planning/execution to minimize disruption to branch operations and customers.
