Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Enterprise team to provide consulting services for a financial services client. You will manage regional retail bank ground up and fit-out construction projects, with up to 25-30% travel across Eastern or Central time zones.

Responsibilities include leading multiple real estate projects from initiation to closeout, coordinating renovations in occupied facilities, and delivering scope, budgets, schedules, and risk plans for clients.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering projects for financial services clients.
• Retail construction program experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Kahua or similar PM software.
