Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, EPMO to join our team in leading large, simultaneous complex projects that align with portfolio governance.

You will identify risks, develop business cases, and drive approvals through EPMO governance to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery and ROI. You will mentor others in PM methodologies, manage budgets and dependencies, and collaborate with leadership to optimize performance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience.
• Certification in project methodology or Agile (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP) preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in enterprise projects with IT and data elements if certified, or 7 years if not certified.
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.
• Core software applications including Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Project tracking tools MS Project, ADO, PPM Pro, Smartsheets required.
• 3 years healthcare or pharmacy benefits industry practices and HIPAA knowledge required.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects with interdependencies; act as project owner in all phases.
• Document and manage activities, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and risk mitigation.
• Prepare project schedules with milestones for oversight and control.
• Establish and maintain budget; provide forecasts and spend analysis.
• Document key decisions and assess impact across the portfolio.
• Conduct project communications planning and provide updates to teams and sponsors.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design solutions and ensure testing throughout delivery.
• Review strategic approach to improve overall project performance.
• Mentor project managers and Navitus leaders in PM methodologies and practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
