Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, EPMO to lead and govern large, complex IT projects across the enterprise, reporting to the EPMO and SLT. You will partner with leadership to drive business cases, benefits analyses, and governance approvals.

This role requires deep experience with Waterfall and Agile, PMP or PMI certifications, and strong budget, risk, and stakeholder management. You’ll mentor other project managers and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience.
Certification in project methodology or Agile preferred.
5+ years in enterprise IT and data project management; 7+ if no certification.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple complex projects with interdependent resources and act as project owner.
Document and manage activities, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and risks.
Prepare schedules with major milestones and oversee all activities to complete projects.
Establish and maintain budgets, forecast spend, and provide variance analyses.
Collaborate with SMEs to design solutions and ensure testing throughout delivery.
Mentor other project managers and teams in PM methodologies.
Ensure compliance and maintain effective stakeholder communications.
