Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, EPMO to lead large, complex projects across the organization. You will partner with leadership to develop business cases, manage budgets, and drive on-time, within-scope delivery through Navitus EPMO governance.

You will mentor other PMs and apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies to ensure successful outcomes and measurable benefits across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Certification in project methodology or Agile preferred.
• 5+ years in enterprise IT projects with or without PM cert.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proficient with core software applications and project tracking tools.
• HIPAA knowledge and healthcare industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects with interdependent resources and act as project owner.
• Document activities, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and risks with mitigation plans.
• Prepare schedules with milestones for all project phases.
• Manage budget, forecast, and spend approvals with leadership.
• Track decisions and communicate impacts across the portfolio.
• Conduct project communications and provide updates to teams and sponsors.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design solutions meeting requirements.
• Ensure testing throughout delivery to mitigate issues.
• Mentor others in project management methodologies and best practices.
