Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Project Manager, EPMO to orchestrate large, simultaneous complex projects in alignment with SLT and EPMO governance.

You will identify risks, drive cost-benefit analyses, and push for timely delivery of high-quality outcomes across the enterprise. You will mentor teams, manage budgets, develop schedules, and ensure robust change control while applying both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or healthcare-related experience required.
• 5–7 years leading enterprise IT projects or 7+ if not PM-certified.
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies required; HIPAA knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects with interdependencies and governance.
• Manage scope, timeline, and budgets for initiatives.
• Develop schedules and milestones; ensure proper approvals and reporting.
• Oversee budget validation, forecasting, and spend documentation.
• Document key decisions and manage risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders and communications across the program.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote PM best practices.
