Job summary

Exelon Corporation seeks a Project Manager to lead transmission, substation, distribution, gas and IT projects with cross‑functional teams. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and safety from business case through closeout, communicating with sponsors and stakeholders at all levels.

Projects typically range from $250K to $15M; extended hours may be needed during storms or energy emergencies. A proven ability to deliver complex programs on time and within budget is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 4–7 years of project management experience (or 6–9 years with high school diploma).
• CAPM or PMP certification within two years of entry; PMP if already earned.
• Demonstrated success managing projects and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects across transmission, substation, distribution, gas, and IT.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance.
• Coordinate with sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
