Job summary

Exelon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex transmission, substation, distribution, gas, and IT initiatives with cross‑functional teams and multi‑discipline resources. Projects typically range from $1 million to $60 million.

You will own the scope, schedule, budget and safety performance, drive business cases, coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders, and present progress through formal reviews. The role demands leadership, risk management and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• For construction projects: bachelor's in engineering or related field and 7–10 years PM experience; or 9–12 years without degree.
• For non-construction: bachelor's in business/engineering and 7–10 years PM experience; or 9–12 years without degree.
• PMP certification or completion within two years of entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex projects to deliver on time and within budget.
• Interface with external customers for transmission/substation work and billable costs.
• Collaborate with managers to optimize resource use.
• Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders at executive levels.
• Acquire and manage contract resources, approve changes and payments.
