Job summary

Front Porch Communities and Services in the United States (Chicago area) is hiring for a Project Manager to direct planning and execution of capital projects, including facility expansions and new environments. This full-time salaried role offers a remote work option and reports to leadership.

You will lead design teams, contractors, and vendors, manage schedules and budgets, assess risks, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Associate's degree with two years of college plus two years of related work experience, or 4 years of related work experience.
• 10 years leading large capital projects.
• 5 years managing construction projects in a Senior Living environment.
• Master's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning, tracking, scope, scheduling, contracts and procurement for multiple project types.
• Lead design teams, general contractors, vendors and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Manage construction plans and maintain current project status records.
• Monitor progress to ensure compliance with schedule and contract documents.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
