Front Porch Communities and Services is hiring a Project Manager to lead planning, development, and construction of new environments. This full-time salaried role focuses on delivering projects from concept through completion with strong oversight.

Remote position, Monday–Friday, with compensation ranging from $145,000 to $165,000 annually. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and engaging vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Associate's degree/two years of college, plus two years of related work experience, or 4 years of related work experience.
• Master's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10 years leading large capital projects in a private, public or government sector environment.
• 5 years managing construction projects in a Senior Living environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project planning, tracking, scope, scheduling, contracts and procurement, EH&S, quality assurance, engineering, construction, and related project controls across cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Lead, coordinate, and monitor the activities of design teams, general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress toward project goals.
• Manage construction plan(s) and maintain accurate, up-to-date project status records.
• Continually monitor project performance to confirm progress is consistent with the project schedule and work complies with contract documents.
• Assess project risks and collaborate with the appropriate parties to implement mitigation strategies and resolve issues effectively.
• Support the selection of designers, contractors, and other project vendors.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
