Job summary

Front Porch is seeking a Project Manager (Construction) to direct planning, scheduling, and procurement across facilities expansions and new environments. You will coordinate design teams, general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years leading large capital projects, CPM certification, and a strong ability to manage risk, communicate clearly, and work independently in a remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, engineering, CM, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years leading large capital projects.
• Experience in Senior Living construction preferred.
• CPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning, tracking, scope, scheduling, contracts and procurement across cross-functional teams.
• Lead design teams, general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders toward project goals.
• Manage construction plans and maintain status records.
• Monitor progress to ensure schedule and contract compliance.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support designer and contractor selection.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
