Job summary

Parity Homes in Baltimore is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Project Manager to support our construction operations. You will manage documentation, schedules, budgets, and communications with trade partners, collaborating with the Director of Construction and site team.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in construction project management or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools, Gantt charts, and critical path scheduling.
• Excellent written communication and note-taking skills.
• Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams and follow up effectively.
• Experience with Buildertrend software preferred (training available).
• Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
• Competitive hourly rate of $8 to $12, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ordering materials, issuing purchase orders, and managing trade partner documentation.
• Maintain updated schedules, budgets, and project records.
• Capture notes in daily stand-ups and weekly meetings.
• Develop project estimates and budgets, tracking expenses.
• Create Gantt charts and schedules to plan milestones.
• Solicit bids from subcontractors and evaluate proposals.
• Manage contracts, W9s, and COIs with trade partners.
• Update selections sheets and coordinate with architects/designers.
• Support Director of Construction in managing 30+ active projects.
