Job summary

Front Porch Communities and Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager for construction and development. This full-time salaried role offers a remote schedule with Monday–Friday work expectations.

The salary range is $170,000–$190,000 per year, reflecting leadership across multiple project types from remodeling to new builds. The position requires 14+ years leading large capital projects, with 7+ years in Senior Living environments preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Associate's degree with two years college plus two years related work experience, or 4 years related work experience.
• Master's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 14+ years leading large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex project planning, tracking, scope management, procurement, EH&S, QA, engineering, construction and other project control activities.
• Lead, coordinate and monitor design teams, GCs, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee construction plans and current project status records.
• Monitor progress against schedules and contract documents.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with stakeholders.
• Exercise authority to select designers, contractors and vendors.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
