Job summary

Front Porch Communities and Services is hiring a Project Manager (Construction) to oversee planning, development, and delivery of capital projects in a remote capacity. The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams and extensive experience in construction management.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience leading large capital projects, with CPM certification preferred and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10 years leading large capital projects.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Project Manager (CPM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning, scheduling, contracts, procurement, EH&S, quality assurance, and project controls.
• Lead design teams, general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage construction plans and maintain up-to-date project records.
• Monitor progress to align with schedule and contract documents.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support selection of designers and contractors.
