Job summary

Front Porch Communities and Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to direct planning and management of complex projects, from remodels to new builds. The role is full-time with remote work Monday–Friday, offering a salary range of $155,000 to $185,000 annually.

You will coordinate design teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, CPM certification, and 14+

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Certified Project Manager (CPM) credential is required or preferred.
14+ years leading large capital projects in private/public/government sectors.

Responsibilities

Direct all planning and management processes for diverse project types from remodels to new environments.
Lead cross-functional teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to meet schedules and budgets.
Maintain construction plans, status records, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure work complies with contract documents and quality standards.
Select designers, contractors, and vendors and manage procurement activities.
