Job summary

Front Porch Communities and Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to direct planning and management of complex projects, from remodels to new builds. The role is full-time with remote work Monday–Friday, offering a salary range of $155,000 to $185,000 annually.

You will coordinate design teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, CPM certification, and 14+

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Project Manager (CPM) credential is required or preferred.
• 14+ years leading large capital projects in private/public/government sectors.

Responsibilities

• Direct all planning and management processes for diverse project types from remodels to new environments.
• Lead cross-functional teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to meet schedules and budgets.
• Maintain construction plans, status records, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents and quality standards.
• Select designers, contractors, and vendors and manage procurement activities.
