Summary:
TheProject Manageris responsible for directing most phases ofthe planning and management processes for various project types ranging from facility expansions. Specializes in the design, development, and construction of new environments for Front Porch. This role ensures effective technical oversight, streamlined processes, and the successful delivery of projects from concept through completion.
Essential Functions:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field, or an Associate's degree/two years of college, plus two years of related work experience, or 4 years of related work experience.
Master's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
10 years leading large capital projects in a private, public or government sector environment.
5 years managing construction projects in a Senior Living environment.
