Job summary

McGough is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects, drive preconstruction efforts, and manage cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes client relationships, risk reduction, and project profitability.

The Sr. PM will oversee estimating, scheduling, and field coordination with owners, designers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and quality results. Travel and regional responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related degree.
• 8+ years of related experience, including experience with self-perform capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience building strong partnerships and trust with external partners, including owners, owner's representatives, design firms, and subcontractors.
• Estimating and field experience a plus; Scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit, preconstruction and business development efforts; participate in RFQ/RFP responses.
• Develop CPM schedules and manage project documentation, RFIs and shop drawings.
• Coordinate subcontractor scope, cost control and change management.
• Oversee project delivery, QA/QC and safety compliance; mentor staff.
