Job summary

McGough Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from pursuit through close-out. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality while fostering strong partnerships with owners, designers, subcontractors and field teams.

Responsibilities include developing CPM schedules, managing RFI and shop drawings, and ensuring safe, on-time project delivery. A four-year degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are required; familiarity with CMiC and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience including self-perform capabilities.
• Estimating and Scheduling experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Thorough and detail-oriented, able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit, preconstruction and business development activities.
• Manage project documentation, RFI, submittals and shop drawings.
• Develop CPM schedules and coordinate with field staff.
• Control project costs and track changes.
• Lead safety, QA/QC and project close-out processes.
