Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Five or more years of commercial or general construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver projects while achieving financial performance goals.
• Experience in estimating and field operations.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules.
• Strong understanding of construction risk management principles.
• Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects to ensure overall success.
• Maintain project financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and scope control.
• Coordinate with owners, design partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Lead documentation, RFIs, submittals, and BIM coordination when applicable.
• Manage subcontract procurement, bid analysis, and contract recommendations.
