Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Five (5) or more years of commercial or general construction project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience building strong partnerships with owners, owner's representatives, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project success, including financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Manage major portions of projects or multiple smaller projects, mentoring junior staff.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, cost control, and documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, design partners, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
