You will coordinate with owners, design partners, and subcontractors, lead risk management, and maintain schedules. Strong communication, organization, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Five+ years of commercial or general construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver projects while achieving financial performance goals.
• Experience in estimating and field operations.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules.
• Strong understanding of construction risk management principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects including financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules (CPM) and cost models.
• Review RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; coordinate BIM when applicable.
• Lead project meetings and communicate with owners, design partners, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate subcontract management, procurement, and change orders.
• Maintain project cost control and monthly forecasting in collaboration with Project Accounting.
