Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality while mentoring staff and building strong owner/subcontractor relationships.

Regional travel and frequent coordination with design partners are required. The role emphasizes leadership in pursuing new opportunities, achieving QA/QC standards, and ensuring project financial performance.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience including self-perform capabilities.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with owners, design firms and subcontractors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Scheduling and cost control experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit team understanding prospective projects and RFQs/RFPs.
• Develop CPM schedules and oversee Last Planner scheduling.
• Oversee preconstruction, pursuit, and business development activities.
• Manage cost control, changes, and monthly pay applications.
• Attend project and safety meetings; mentor staff.
• Represent McGough and build client relationships; regional travel.
