Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex projects from start to finish. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and risks while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring quality delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with owners, design teams, and subcontractors, mentoring junior staff, and driving Lean project execution. Travel to project sites and our corporate office may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience, including self-perform capabilities.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with owners, design firms, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project success and manage financials, including fee retention.
• Foster strong client satisfaction and manage major portions of projects.
• Mentor and coach Asst. PMs and PEs; drive project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Prepare and review CPM schedules, RFI responses, submittals, and change management.
• Coordinate with owners, design partners, and field teams to ensure timely project delivery.
