Job summary

McGough, a respected construction partner, seeks a Project Manager to oversee complex projects from pursuit through closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and QA/QC processes, while building strong relationships with owners, designers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include CPM scheduling, cost control, RFI management, BIM coordination, and leading project meetings. Travel may be required; office at various sites. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years of related experience, including self-perform capabilities.
• Experience in estimating and scheduling is preferred.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with owners, design teams and subs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit team in understanding prospective projects and requirements.
• Research prospective clients and assist responses to RFQs/RFPs.
• Assist with preconstruction meetings and lead QA/QC page-turning processes.
• Develop CPM schedules and assist with estimating and cost modeling.
• Manage RFI, shop drawings/submittals, and BIM coordination as needed.
• Monitor project costs and assist with subcontracts and procurement.
• Support and lead project meetings and safety initiatives.
• Foster relationships with owners, designers, subs, and suppliers.
