Qualifications

Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
5+ years of related construction experience, including self-perform capabilities.
Estimating and scheduling experience.
Proven ability to build partnerships with owners, design firms and subs.
Strong collaboration and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Manage all project aspects to ensure successful outcomes, including financials, client satisfaction and scope changes.
Mentor and develop project management staff and coordinate with owners, design partners, and subcontractors.
Conduct quantity take-offs, pricing, and track revisions across projects.
Lead procurement, subcontracting plans, and review of subcontracts and bids.
Support CPM scheduling, build and manage project documentation and reports.
