Job summary

Golden Triangle Construction, a 100% employee-owned company, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects across Colorado. The role requires relocation to Colorado with office-based work in Frederick and periodic travel to active job sites.

You will own project financial performance, contract administration, scheduling, risk management, and client relationships while mentoring project teams to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities across project teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships.
• Experience with public-sector and institutional projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance expectations.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and financial reporting.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers.
