Job summary

Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects across Colorado. We offer a 100% ESOP-owned structure and relocation support, with travel to active Colorado fronts.

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee preconstruction through closeout, focusing on financial performance, contracts, scheduling, risk, and client relationships. 8+ years of pm experience and willingness to relocate are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of contracting operations, cost controls, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
• Experience mentoring project teams and managing financial performance, contracts and change orders.
• Ability to travel regularly to Colorado jobsites and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Establish budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance expectations.
• Make informed decisions balancing profitability, quality, safety, client satisfaction, and company interests.
• Provide leadership on public-sector and institutional projects with occupied facilities.
• Own project budgets, profitability, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Oversee subcontractor payments, procurement, and change orders.
• Manage contract administration and risk mitigation; mentor PMs and engineers.
