Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects across Colorado. This full-time role requires relocation to Colorado and frequent travel to active Front Range sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible commercial construction project management experience.
• Demonstrated success independently leading complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Establish budgets, schedules, staffing needs, and performance expectations.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and financial reporting to protect profitability and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure project success.
