Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of progressive commercial construction PM experience.
Proven ability to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Strong knowledge of cost controls, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
Experience mentoring project teams.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
Develop budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance expectations.
Manage profitability, cash flow, and change orders.
Maintain client relationships and provide executive-level reporting.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
