Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects across Colorado. This full-time role requires establishing execution strategies, budgets, and schedules, while maintaining client relationships and profitability.

Relocation to Colorado is required, with regular travel to active Front Range sites. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, ensure compliance with codes, and mentor project teams, driving project

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial construction project management.
• Led complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills.
• Experience with public-sector and municipal facilities is a plus.
• Relocation to Colorado; travel to Front Range sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
