Job summary

Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major commercial projects across Colorado from our Frederick office. You will own project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client relationships, travel to sites, and ensure profitable delivery.

With 8+ years in commercial construction, you will mentor teams, manage contracts and change orders, and partner with owners, districts, architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience leading complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of contracting, scheduling, budgeting, and client relations.
• Ability to work from the Frederick, CO office and travel to Colorado job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Set budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance expectations.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain realistic construction schedules with field teams.
• Maintain client relationships and provide executive project reporting.
