The role demands seasoned leadership from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, risk, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects or large, complex assignments from preconstruction through final completion
• Establish project execution strategies, budgets, schedules, staffing needs, and performance expectations
• Make informed decisions that balance project profitability, quality, safety, client satisfaction, and long-term company interests
• Provide leadership on public-sector and institutional projects, including occupied facilities, phased construction, and complex stakeholder requirements
• Take primary responsibility for project budgets, profitability, financial forecasting, cost-to-complete reporting, and cash flow
• Oversee progress billings, subcontractor payments, procurement, and financial reporting
• Lead contract administration, including prime contracts, subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and change orders
• Identify and mitigate financial, contractual, and operational risks before they impact project performance
