Golden Triangle Construction, INC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and client relationship skills, with travel to Colorado Front Range sites and relocation if needed.

You will oversee a team, drive profitability, manage risk, and coordinate with public-sector clients, designers, and subs while upholding ESOP culture and company growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible commercial construction PM experience.
• Experience leading complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of general contracting operations and cost controls.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage change orders.
• Experience mentoring project teams and leading cross-functional groups.
• Willingness to relocate to Colorado and travel to active jobsites.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and performance targets.
• Manage financial performance, contracts, change orders, and risk.
• Oversee client relationships and executive-level reporting.
• Mentor and guide Project Managers, AP Ms and Engineers.
• Coordinate with public-sector clients and design professionals.
