Golden Triangle Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects with a strong emphasis on public-sector and institutional work. The role requires ownership from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring financial performance, contract administration, and effective client relationships.

Travel to Colorado sites and relocation to Colorado are expected for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience leading complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of contracting, cost controls, scheduling and procurement.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance and change orders.
• Experience mentoring project teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Set execution strategies, budgets, schedules, staffing and performance expectations.
• Balance profitability, quality, safety, client satisfaction, and company interests.
• Provide leadership on public-sector and institutional projects and occupied facilities.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost-to-complete reporting and cash flow.
• Manage subcontractor payments, procurement and financial reporting.
• Handle contract administration, change orders and risk mitigation.
• Mentor Project Managers and engineers and collaborate with field leadership.
