Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects across Colorado. This 49-year-old, 100% employee-owned firm delivers quality, personalized service and lasting client relationships.

The role manages from preconstruction to closeout, focusing on budgeting, contracts, scheduling, risk, and client relations, with regular travel to Front Range sites and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience leading complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of general contracting operations, scheduling, cost controls, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop budgets, schedules, staffing plans and performance expectations.
• Oversee contracts, change orders and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
• Mentor Project Managers and coordinate with field leadership for successful delivery.
