Golden Triangle Construction seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large commercial projects in Colorado from preconstruction through closeout. Expect ownership-style leadership, comprehensive budgeting, and rigorous control of schedules, contracts, and risk while maintaining outstanding client relations.

The role requires relocation to Colorado, frequent site travel, and delivering projects within municipal and educational facilities.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience leading complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of general contracting, cost controls, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance, negotiate contracts and change orders, and mentor teams.
• Willingness to relocate to Colorado and travel to project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction to final completion.
• Set execution strategies, budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance expectations.
• Balance profitability, quality, safety, and client satisfaction while protecting company interests.
• Provide leadership on public-sector and institutional projects; manage budgets and cash flow.
• Oversee contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and change orders; mitigate risks.
