Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager to head business development and delivery for Mission Critical Facilities and Data Centers. This leader will coordinate across departments and external partners to ensure seamless, high‑quality project execution in a dynamic real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering.
• 5 to 10+ years of Design and Construction industry experience in the aforementioned fields.
• 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate Project Management experience with related experience in product development, launch, business process optimization, regulatory submission and/or regulatory compliance, and/or quality assurance.
• Proven track record with delivering complex commercial Real Estate and Design/Construction projects.
• PMP and LEED certificates preferred.
• Knowledge and application of a disciplined Project Management process (Six Sigma desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts for new sectors and local markets.
• Spearhead initiatives across AI, IoT, Mission Critical, and other advanced tech solutions.
• Lead multi-disciplinary Advanced Technologies Commercial Real Estate projects.
• Act as primary representative for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Bridge communication between departments, third‑party partners, and clients.
