Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or mechanical/electrical engineering (advanced degrees desirable).
• 5–10+ years in design and construction; 7+ years in commercial real estate project management.
• Proven track record delivering complex CRE and design/construction projects (Ground Up, Build-To-Suit, renovations).
• Experience with project controls solutions (P3/Primavera; cost and budget estimating).
• Knowledge of a disciplined project management process (Six Sigma desirable).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client representative on engagements.
