Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to head expansion into Mission Critical Facilities and Data Centers within the Life & Technology Sciences Platform. You will lead business development and manage complex CRE projects, coordinating with clients, departments and partners to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.

The role requires a strong background in CRE project management, regulatory experience, and a collaborative leadership style to drive cross‑business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Science or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering disciplines.
• Advanced degrees are desirable.
• 5 to 10+ years of Design and Construction industry experience in the aforementioned fields.
• 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate Project Management experience with related experience in product development, launch, business process optimization, regulatory submission and/or regulatory compliance, and/or quality assurance.
• Proven track record with delivering complex commercial Real Estate and Design/Construction projects.
• Projects include Ground Up and Build-To-Suit projects, re‑positioning projects, renovations and repurposing projects, and other complex development projects.
• Experience with providing advanced projects controls solutions, including P3/Primavera and Cost and Budget Estimating solutions.
• Expertise with municipalities, economic development authorities, utility companies, and familiarity with zoning and entitlements processes, and dealings with complex land use issues.
• PMP and LEED Certificates preferred.
• Knowledge and application of a disciplined Project Management process (Six Sigma desirable).
• Demonstrated experience managing projects varying in size including strategic planning, demolition, new Construction and interior fit out, and/or Project controls solutions.

• Business Development leadership for new sectors and market expansion in Mission Critical, AI, IoT, and related advanced technologies.
• Lead multi-disciplinary Commercial Real Estate projects delivering tailored client solutions.
• Act as primary client representative ensuring exceptional service delivery across engagements.
• Coordinate across company departments and external partners for seamless service integration.
• Oversee project delivery from initiation to close, meeting client requirements.
• Foster cross-business collaboration with Project & Development Services leadership for client-centric outcomes.
• Uphold professionalism and integrity to achieve win-win solutions for Cushman & Wakefield and stakeholders.
