GCON LLC in Phoenix seeks a Senior Project Manager focused on data centre, mission critical, and manufacturing projects. You will lead complex, high-value portfolios, direct preconstruction through closeout, and foster executive-level client relationships while mentoring future leaders across the business unit.

The role emphasizes strategic direction, risk management, and driving excellence within a people-focused culture and Safety-driven environment across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management with a general contractor.
• 10+ years leading build processes for data centers and mission critical projects.
• Proven experience mentoring and developing project management teams.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value project portfolios and P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly complex datacenter, mission critical, and manufacturing projects with portfolios worth $150M–$250M+ or multiple large projects.
• Provide strategic direction and accountability across preconstruction through closeout.
• Own operational plan for a portfolio of projects and partner with BUL on revenue pursuits and strategy.
• Advance executive-level client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Recruit, oversee, and manage contract staff and internal project teams across multi-project portfolio.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, PMs and engineers to build bench strength.
