Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead expansion into Mission Critical Facilities and Data Centers within the Life & Technology Sciences Platform. You will manage business development, coordinate across departments and partners, and drive complex commercial real estate projects with a client‑focused approach.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years CRE project management experience, PMP/LEED preferred, and a track record delivering ground-up and build-to-suit projects, with strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Mechanical/Electrical engineering; advanced degrees desirable.
• 5–10+ years of Design and Construction industry experience.
• 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate Project Management with related experience in product development, launch, business process optimization, regulatory submission and/or quality assurance.
• Proven track record delivering complex CRE and Design/Construction projects including Ground Up and Build-To-Suit.
• Experience with project controls solutions including Primavera and cost budgeting.
• Knowledge of municipalities, economic development authorities, utilities, zoning and entitlements processes.
• PMP and LEED certificates preferred.
• Six Sigma discipline desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts across new sectors and local markets.
• Spearhead initiatives across AI, IoT, Mission Critical and other advanced tech solutions.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary Advanced Technologies Commercial Real Estate projects.
• Represent clients as the primary contact for engagements and service delivery.
• Bridge communication between departments, partners and clients for seamless integration.
• Ensure successful project delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate with Project & Development Services leadership for cross-business initiatives.
