Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred; Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular interface with clients to ensure successful delivery and achieve client goals.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and cash flow, and prepare cost reports.
• Oversee design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, procurement and vendor selection across multiple sites.
• Lead qualification and realization of capital improvement programs with design and construction teams.
• Contribute to business development by identifying project opportunities.
