Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Project Manager for Project & Development Services to lead Critical Environment, Mission Critical and Infrastructure projects. Based onsite in Kokomo, Indiana, you will partner with leadership to advance capabilities and deliver complex data center programs for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Mechanical/Electrical engineering required.
• 7–15+ years design/construction experience in data centers or mission-critical environments.
• PMP and LEED certificates preferred.
• Six Sigma knowledge is desirable.

• Lead Critical Environments, Mission Critical and Infrastructure projects and programs.
• Drive business development and client relationship growth for Data Centers & Advanced Technologies.
• Coordinate with leadership to advance capabilities and standardize delivery processes.
