Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Data Center Project Leader to guide a team through the design, construction, occupancy, and closeout of large data centers. The role requires collaboration with clients, development of scope and budgets, and management of multi-discipline teams in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in design, construction, or mission critical environments, with experience in commercial real estate and handling demanding clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with design, construction and delivery of mission critical environments.
• Experience with commercial real estate projects and demanding clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; MS Project or similar software.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for large data center project(s) and other mission critical projects.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project including scope, resources, cost estimates and budgets.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct complex RFQs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Facilitate development of charter and integrated timeline.
• Ensure all functions stay on schedule and issues are resolved or raised.
• Lead regular project status meetings and collaborate to implement solutions across teams.
