Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Data Centers Project & Development Services in the U.S. Midwest. You will lead complex CRE projects, ensuring client satisfaction and disciplined project controls across design, construction, and regulatory tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering. Advanced degrees desirable.
• 5 to 10+ years of Design and Construction industry experience in the aforementioned fields.
• 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate Project Management experience with related experience in product development, launch, business process optimization, regulatory submission and/or regulatory compliance, and/or quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative client on all aspects of assigned engagements, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Bridge communication and workflow between the company's departments, third-party partners, and clients for seamless service integration.
• Oversee and be accountable for the successful completion and delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and requirements.
• Work with leadership to foster cross-business collaboration, focusing on clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity, aiming for win-win solutions for Cushman & Wakefield and stakeholders.
