Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our expansion into Mission Critical Facilities and Data Centers. You will manage business development and multi-disciplinary CRE projects, serving as the primary client liaison and coordinating with internal teams and partners to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires a track record of leading complex projects, strong leadership, and a commitment to professionalism and client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Mechanical/Electrical engineering; advanced degrees desirable.
• 5–10+ years in Design and Construction industry; 7+ years in Commercial Real Estate PM.
• Proven track record delivering complex CRE and design/construction projects.
• Experience with project controls solutions including Primavera and cost/budget estimating.
• PMP and LEED certificates preferred; Six Sigma desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD efforts in new sectors and local markets to establish wins.
• Spearhead initiatives across Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Mission Critical and advanced technologies solutions.
• Lead multi-disciplined Advanced Technologies Commercial Real Estate projects with tailored solutions.
• Act as primary client representative for engagements, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Bridge communication between departments, third-party partners, and clients for seamless service integration.
• Oversee and be accountable for successful project delivery, meeting client expectations.
• Foster cross-business collaboration with leadership team to benefit clients and colleagues.
• Uphold professionalism and integrity to achieve win-win solutions.
