The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's in a related field and 10+ years of experience, with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage complex programs and client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Advanced project management skills with demonstrated understanding of project management business.
• Experience in the construction industry is required; life sciences or high-tech manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to present data to clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project strategy with Directors and drive it within the client team.
• Manage overall cost, schedule, risk, and scope; create charter and execution plan.
• Drive scope and contractors to project schedule and cost objectives.
• Organize and lead teams, coordinating resources across offices.
• Prepare RFQs and RFPs for vendor and contractor services for the project.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor performance with vendors and consultants.
