Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large project team across multiple projects. You will be the primary point of contact for project teams, delivering status updates to clients and leadership while driving revenue opportunities.

The role requires deep knowledge of systems design (HVAC/plumbing), strong leadership, and the ability to mentor staff. Excellent communication and a track record of public speaking are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable experience.
• Minimum 12 years experience including at least 5 years in people management.
• Mastery knowledge of systems design (HVAC, plumbing) and design engineering aspects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of staff and clients.
• Strong leadership, ability to lead large teams and provide mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large project team or multiple project teams.
• Provide project status updates to client and leadership.
• Maintain client relationships and identify revenue opportunities.
• Develop and implement project strategies and manage budgets/costs/revenue.
• Lead project meetings and delegate/coach team members.
